Introduction

Accounts & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
• One individual or entity may not maintain more than one account unless expressly permitted by us.

Acceptable Use

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, or engage in fraudulent conduct, including account trading or real-money trading of in-Service items where prohibited;

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, game assets, and materials made available through the Services are the property of Gamesctrl Partien Private Limited or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in such materials, except a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose.

Fees, Payments & Virtual Items

Where any part of the Services is offered on a paid basis, or involves the purchase of virtual currency, in-Service items, or subscriptions, applicable fees, billing cycles, and taxes (including GST, where applicable) will be disclosed at the point of purchase. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in our refund policy in force at the time of purchase.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity, or posed a risk to the Services, other users, or Gamesctrl. You may stop using the Services and, where applicable, request closure of your account at any time.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services, including in-Service matchmaking, servers, or leaderboards.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gamesctrl Partien Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, virtual items, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gamesctrl Partien Private Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Services or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
